Welcome to Array Dynamics Future. By accessing our website and utilizing our software development, web, mobile, enterprise, or artificial intelligence services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

Array Dynamics Future provides custom software development, mobile application development, enterprise management systems, and AI/ML solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines of any project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in a project-specific agreement, Array Dynamics Future retains all intellectual property rights to the underlying methodologies, reusable code libraries, and AI models utilized to deliver our services. Upon full payment for custom software deliverables, the client is granted a license (or full ownership, if specified) to the final work product.

3. User Obligations

When utilizing our services or website, you agree not to:

• Use our platforms for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary AI models or internal enterprise systems.
• Transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Array Dynamics Future makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

Note on AI Services: Artificial Intelligence systems are inherently probabilistic. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, reliability, or specific outcomes generated by our AI models.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Array Dynamics Future or its suppliers be liable for any consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international business laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our registered operating location.
